Frit 3124 17.4, dolomite 23.5, silica 26.9, EP kaolin 18.3, calcined kaolin 13.9, plus 10 % Zircopax. Fast cooling gives a silky matte; slow cooling a drier, more matte surface. The calcined kaolin is essential: made with raw kaolin alone it crawls. Mix to SG 1.43–1.44.
